In some courses, especially those with an immanent examination character, the fixed place in RWTHonline is only allocated during the semester. Nevertheless, students should be given access to the course room at the beginning of the course. Primarily, this can be achieved by manually adding the students to the course room.

However, in large courses with several hundred participants, this is very time-consuming. Here, you can therefore use the option to import group members. People who are not yet participants in the course room are automatically added to it during the import process.
