Certain data of a course in RWTHonline is automatically synchronized to the corresponding RWTHmoodle course room:

• Course title - Both the German and the English course titles are transferred. They are displayed depending on the individual language settings of the browser, the system, or the course room.
• Course dates - Besides the course dates the group dates for LV groups are also synchronized.
• Lecturers and assistants - The persons defined as lecturers or assistants automatically get the role of manager in RWTHmoodle.
• Students - Students are only synchronized once they were granted a confirmed place in the registration procedure for the course.
• LV groups - The LV groups from the registration procedure are mirrored as groups in RWTHmoodle.

Changes to course titles, course dates or registration procedures for particpants are synchronized with a time delay. The update can take several hours. If the update hasn't been done until the following day, please contact the IT-ServiceDesk.
