Call Pickup on a Cisco Phone
This feature allows picking up calls from a separate device.
The two devices must be in the same pickup-group, which allows them to register calls made to each other.

To pick up the call, simply accept it in one of three ways:
- Take the receiver from the phone
- Press the speakerphone button
- Press the headset button
After that, the call window will open and you should click on the button with 3 dots.
Pressing this button with 3 dots will enable further softkeys and call options, as well as call pickup.
Press the corresponding button to pick up the call.
The call has now been redirected to you and you can pick it up by clicking call pickup.
In addition, the display will show caller and receiver, as well as the original recipient of the call.
Should you not wish to accept the call or redirected it unintentionally, simply press ignore, which will redirect it back to the original recipient.
