Mute calls on the CISCO phone
There are 2 possibilities to mute an incoming call:
| The first option is to press the Ignore soft key. The call is then ignored and the phone stops ringing |  |
| The other option is to press the speakerphone button on the phone. The phone will go silent and the call will not be ignored. |  |
