The permissions for managing mail domains via MailAdm are handled by the role "MailAdm Management". For this purpose, mail domains are assigned to specific organisation units.
Adding new mail administrators
To add a new administrator to a mail domain, they must be given the role "MailAdm Management". The role must be assigned to that person by the organization unit the domain is assigned to.
Note: The person responsible for managing the domain of an organization unit does not necessarily have to be working in that unit. They merely need to be assigned the role for it.
Removing mail administrators
In order to remove administrative access to a mail domain from someone, role management has to revoke their "MailAdm Management" role.
