First enter the Selfservice and choose Change Passwords in the section Accounts and Passwords. Put a checkmark next to RWTH-E-Mail , click next to move forward.

Afterwards you can create a new password for your e-mail address.

You will receive a confirmation mail to your contact e-mail address after everything is saved.
