Picking up credentials via power of attorney

Picking up credentials via power of attorney

Detailinformation

You have the option of issuing an informal power of attorney to a third person, to whom we will then pass on your access data and, if necessary, a one-time security code for multifactor authentication.

The authorized person comes to the IT ServiceDesk during opening hours and brings the following documents with them:

  • The informal power of attorney stating your clear will that the person may collect your access data.
  • A copy of your ID (name, date of birth and ID validity must be visible; irrelevant data can be blacked out).
  • The ID of the third person who will collect your documents.

You can use the access data to log in to the IdM Selfservice and change the passwords for the other services.
