Picking up credentials via power of attorney
If you cannot come to Aachen in person you can also send another person to pick up your login data. To do so please provide them with a letter of authorisation, which clearly states your will and a copy of your identification (names, date of birth and ID validity must be visible; please black out irrelevant data). The person you send must also have their identification ready.

After receiving your password you can log into Selfservice (https://idm.rwth-aachen.de/selfservice) to change passwords for other services (e.g. RWTHmoodle or RWTH-E-Mail account)
