Picking up credentials via power of attorney

If you have lost access to your contact email address and cannot come in person, you can issue an informal power of attorney to a third person, to whom we will then pass on your login credentials.
The authorized person comes to the IT ServiceDesk during opening hours and brings the following documents with them:
- The informal power of attorney stating your clear will that the person may collect your access data.
- A copy of your ID (name, date of birth and ID validity must be visible; irrelevant data can be blacked out).
- The ID of the third person who will collect your documents.
You do not need to make an appointment.
You can find out about any exceptional changes to our opening hours on the IT Center Blog.
