Mute Calls on the Cisco Phone
There are 2 possibilities to mute an incoming call:
The first option is to press the Ignore soft key. The call is then ignored and the phone stops ringing.
The other option is to press the speakerphone button on the phone. The phone will go silent and the call will not be ignored.
