Cisco Phone Overview
1 | Telephone LED | Indicates incoming calls by lighting the LED red |
2 | Programmable keys | These can be set for speed dials, for example |
3 | Camera | Can be turned on and off by turning the iris |
4 | Back button | To go back to the previous menu display |
5 | Voicemail button | Calling the number of your voicemail system (if enabled in the TC portal) |
6 | Settings | Allows you to open or close the application menu. |
7 | Volume | Handset off-hook: to set the handset volume and the loudspeaker volume Handset on-hook: to change the ringer volume |
8 | Display | Menus, incoming calls and video images during phone calls are displayed here. |
9 | Softkeys | To start the functions shown on the display. These can differ depending on the menu. |

Where to find the MAC address?
To find your MAC address, you first have to turn the phone over. You can then read the MAC address at the marked position on the back.
