Call transfer & Connecting via the Cisco Desk Telephone

 Detailinformation

To transfer an active call to another phone number, proceed as follows:

Step 1
Press the soft key under “Transfer” or the transfer button (17).

Step 2
The call is now being held and you can select the destination from your call list or type it in directly.

Step 3
Press the soft key under “Transfer.” The phone will now ring at the contact you selected in step 2.

As soon as the contact answers, you will have the opportunity to talk about the call transfer.

If you press the soft key under “Transfer” a second time, the call will be transferred to the contact.
