As with most applications behind a Single-Sign On (SSO), there is no dedicated Logout option.

Your RegApp session will end automatically after a set amount of time (currently 30 minutes), at which point you will need to refresh the page and select your home-organization again. Usually, this does not require you to refresh your SSO session.
