This page describes how you can upload files to the cluster using the JupyterLab.

To do so, please follow the steps below.

Step 1
Start JupyterLab and select on the top right the File Browser (shift+ctrl+F).

Navigate to a location you want to create directories in, and create the directory as follows:

After creating directories, you can enter them and upload files via the upload button:

Your file is now uploaded to the GFS (Global File System) of the cluster and can be used through the HPCJupyterHub, normal batch jobs or through any login node.
