MSC Software develops CAE software for simulation and virtual product development. It is mainly used in the aerospace industry, the automobile industry as well as in the manufacturing industry and in machine tool engineering.
The license package includes products from a wide variety of fields such as linear and non-linear finite element analysis, multy-body simulation, CAD-integrated simulation tools, data and process management as well as other numerous applications.

The RWTH University has currently purchased the license packages University Structures+Motion Bundle and MSC One Bundle-University. Among other software these bundles contain:
