Note

Both A-products and B-products (including products from the Microsoft Select Plus contract) have moved to the asknet Software Shop. The order history including serial numbers and downloads for installation will remain visible in the SoftwareOne Software Shop for B-products until June 1, 2026.
  • To order B-products, the role "Bestellung IT" is required. The articles are assigned to the price group "B Produkt - MS Select Plus".
  • Persons with the role "Bestellung IT" can order B-products for their institution(s) in the Software Shop.
    • The use of the Software-Shop is managed independently by each organizational unit by assigning the role to one or more employees via the Role Management.
  • The role and OrgID are automatically transmitted to the Software-Shop via the SSO login and do not need to be entered separately. Persons who hold the role "Bestellung IT" for several institutions can select the desired OrgID during the ordering process, as described in the instructions for Ordering in the Software Shop.
