What is HyperWorks?

HyperWorks is a programme package for solver-independent FEM pre-/postprocessing.

Components and Functions

The package is divided into various subprogrammes. The most important ones are HyperMesh for preprocessing, OptiStruct for analising and optimising and HyperView for postprocessing.

HyperMesh facilitates the generation of FEM networks from CAD data for almost all established FEM solver, e.g. Ansys, Abaqus, Nastran, Moldflow, LS-Dyna etc. HyperView provides the possibility of interpreting and displaying output files of almost all established solvers.
