The network administrator of the institution must register all users, who should have access to RWTH-institutes, into the Radius-Admin.

Required steps:

1. Got to Radius-Admin
2. Select appropriate radius server (edit user)
3. Add user
4. Enter RWTH-username, user's given and surname, validity period
5. Framed-IPs have no bearing in RWTH-institutes
