Access to the voicemail via Webex

Detailinformation

Voicemail access differs depending on the device you use, as does the signalling for an unanswered voicemail.

Voicemail can be accessed using the voicemail button.
If there is an unread message, the voicemail button will be marked with a number (the number of unread messages).

After pressing the voicemail button, the list of received messages will be displayed.
Here you can switch between the different folders.

  • Inbox
  • Unread
  • Sent
  • Trash

When you click on a message, the message is displayed and can be played. If you click on the button with the 3 dots, you have further options such as video or mark as read.
