Access to the voicemail via Webex

Anleitung

Access to the voice mailbox may vary depending on the device used. The same applies to notifications when there is an unheard voice mail.

If there is an unread message, the “tape” button in the left vertical menu bar will display a number (number of unread messages).

To retrieve a voicemail, proceed as follows:

Step 1
Access the voice mailbox using the “tape” button.

Step 2
The list of your voice mails is displayed.

Here you can switch between the following tabs:

  • Inbox
  • Unread
  • Sent
  • Trash

Click on the respective tab to open the corresponding directory.

Step 3
When you click on a message, the message is displayed and can be played. If you click on the button with the 3 dots, you have further options such as "video"or "mark as read".
