On this page you will learn how to log in to Microsoft 365 (M365) as an employee.

• To use M365, the status Employee RWTH, Member FB10 or Scholarship Holder in Idm Selfservice (opens in new tab) is needed.
• This can be obtained via a corresponding ConnectMe-Coupon.
• In order to use MS Teams the terms of usage must be confirmed in IdM Selfservice.

Step 1
If you have not already done so, please redeem the code. Please note that it will take around 24 to 48 hours until M365 has registered you as a user. Only then you can log in.

Step 2
Go to the M365 log in page (opens in new tab). For MS teams, use the MS Teams log in page (opens in new tab).

Log in with egal@m365.rwth-aachen.de an:

You will be redirected to the RWTH Single Sign-On and can log in as usual.
