• The software may be used exclusively for teaching and non-commercial research relating to Microsoft technologies, i.e. only for the development of Microsoft products or training on Microsoft products.
• A commercial or productive use in the organization of the university, as well as a transfer of rights to third parties is excluded. 
• Use for private purposes is also excluded.
