I do not have a connection to the Identity Management, what should I do?

Your data set is not connected to the Identity Management if your URL on the contacts page does not end with "PER"-ADCDEFG". Your organization administrator can connect your data set from the RWTH person directory with the Identity management.

Owners of the role "Verwaltung Organization" (IdM role and group administration) are called organization administrators. If you are unsure who has this role in your organization, please ask your organization's role administrator.

Employees appear under the heading "Other employees".

Employees appear under "Other employees" if the employees have not been assigned to any other existing heading in RWTHcontacts.
To correct this, the persons must be assigned to another heading. If all persons have been assigned to another heading, the heading "Other employees" disappears.
