Role "Verwaltung Organisation"

When do I need the role?
Every RWTH organization requires one person with this role.
The Organization Administration role is required to create and modify entries in the RWTH Organization Directory and the RWTH People Directory.
Entries in the People Directory should be created for all RWTH employees. In addition to providing contact details, these entries are necessary for certain IT Center services.
How do I obtain the role?
The Organization Administration role is assigned via the IdM role management of the respective organization.
What tasks does the role include?
As the holder of the role, you agree to update and maintain your organization’s existing data, create entries for new employees, and remove the entries when they leave.
