Role "Verwaltung Organisation"

When do I need the role?
The role Verwaltung Organisation (Administration Organization) is required to create entries in the RWTH organization directory and RWTH person directory systems on which RWTHcontacts is based.
Entries in the person directory should be created for all RWTH employees. In addition to determining contact data, these entries are necessary for certain IT Center services.
At least one person at each RWTH organization should be assigned this role.
How do I get the role?
The role Verwaltung Organisation (Administration Organization) is assigned by the role manager of your respective organization via the IdM role administration.
What does the role do?
The role Verwaltung Organisation (Administration Organization) enables access to the RWTH organization directory and RWTH person directory after receipt (and a maximum synchronization time of 24 hours).
It allows you to maintain the contact details of an organization and the associated persons.
As the owner of the role, you undertake to adapt and maintain the existing data of your organization, to create new data for new employees and to remove data when employees leave.
