What is RWTHcontacts?

RWTHcontacts is RWTH’s central directory of organizations and people. The displayed data comes, among other sources, from the RWTH People Directory and the RWTH Organization Directory:

• In the RWTH Organization Directory, the functional email addresses and contacts of organizations are maintained.
• In the RWTH People Directory, the contact details and organizational affiliations of RWTH members are maintained.
  • In the SelfCare section of the RWTH People Directory, people who belong to multiple organizations can adjust the order of their organizations and choose the primary organization.

Who can use RWTHcontacts?

RWTHcontacts is available to all users with read-only access.

Access to the RWTH Organization Directory and the RWTH People Directory is only possible for people with the role Organization Administration. The role is assigned by the unit’s role management. Login takes place via RWTH Single Sign-On.

Access to the SelfCare area of the RWTH People Directory is possible for people with at least one organizational affiliation.
 

How to use RWTHcontacts

RWTHcontacts can be accessed without logging in.

RWTHcontacts provides an overview of the ways to contact a person or an entire organization.

To access the RWTH Organization Directory and to have full access to the RWTH People Directory, the role Organization Administration is also required.
