What is the direct feedback channel?

The direct feedback channel is intended to facilitate communication between instructors and students during a course session. For example, a chat can be opened within a session in which students can anonymously ask questions. Instructors can answer questions in the app or for everyone present. In addition, surveys can be created and the results discussed directly.

All people with the RWTHapp have access.

How can you use the direct feedback channel?

Access is via the RWTHapp. Direct feedback channels can be found under Menu > Direct Feedback.
