The IT Center provides ISO files for installation on virtual machines (VMs) for all VM guest operating systems currently supported through the "Virtual Server Hosting" service. Additionally, ISO files for solving common issues (system recovery, live operating systems) are available.
Other ISO files are not provided.
If a different ISO file is absolutely necessary for a VM, it can be requested via (Send an email to:) e-mail with a proper justification.
Please note that the review of your request may take several days, and not every request can be approved.

This may happen if the focus is not correctly set within the console window.
You can usually tell that the focus is set correctly when the mouse cursor disappears inside the console.
Click explicitly with the mouse into the black area of the console display. Only then will keyboard commands be forwarded to the virtual machine.
