If you are the contact person for a virtual machine, you are able to order resource changes for this machine.

To do so, you can click the order resource change button on the infopage of the virtual machine.

Because changing resources is tied to costs, it is necessary to select a user with the IdM Role "Bestellung IT" for every order.

Hint: If you already have this role, no further authorization is required!

The terms of use must be accepted.

The selected user with the IdM Role "Bestellung IT" will then receive an email will a link to authorize the order.

Hint: Once the order has been authorized, you will be contacted by the IT Center should further actions (such as switching off the VM) be necessary.
