Should you have made a mistake during your order or placed an order by accident, you can cancel it yourself as long as it has yet to be confirmed. This is only possible as long as the order has not been confirmed by the "IT-Besteller" and network contact person. After their confirmation, the order is processed automatically and can no longer be cancelled.
