You can log in to the RWTH Person Directory via RWTH Single Sign-On. Authorization takes place via the role ”Verwaltung Organisation”.

After logging in to the RWTH Person Directory, you will see the home page. You must first select an organization here if you are authorized in several organizations. You can see which organization you are editing the data for in the bar at the top. You can use the “Select organization” button to switch between the organizations in which you are authorized.

Organization administrators can assign all persons belonging to their organization to the organization and then maintain the official addresses and contact details of the persons at their organization. If a person is assigned to an organization in the RWTH Person Directory, a connection is established between RWTHcontacts (PVZ Person Directory) and Identity Management (after 40 minutes). This connection is established by the organization administrator and has many advantages for employees.

Furthermore, organization administrators can create objects (e.g. rooms) and structure how they are displayed together using headings.
