RWTHcontacts is a service that provides access to the leading directory for organizations and people at RWTH Aachen University. The service consists of three components:

• In RWTHcontacts, RWTH organizations and people are displayed.
• In the RWTH Organization Directory, functional addresses and contact information of organizations are maintained.
• In the RWTH Person Directory, contact information and organizational affiliations of members of RWTH Aachen University are maintained. Additionally, the SelfCare area of the RWTH Person Directory allows all people who belong to several organizations to adjust the order of their organizations and select the primary organization.

Who is allowed to access RWTHcontacts?

RWTHcontacts is available to all users in read-only mode.

To access the RWTH Organization or RWTH Person Directory, you need the role "Verwaltung Organisation", which is assigned by the person with the role "Role Administration" at your organization.

Access to the SelfCare area of the RWTH Person Directory is possible for people with at least one organizational affiliation.

How do one access RWTHcontacts?

You can access RWTHcontacts without login.

To access the RWTH Organization Directory or the RWTH Person Directory, you need to log in via RWTH Single Sign-On.  

For access to the RWTH Organization Directory and for full access to the RWTH Person Directory, the role "Verwaltung Organisation" is required.
