There are unfortunately no automatic procedures available for migrating from Boxcryptor to Cryptomator HUB. The migration must therefore be carried out manually. Keys for local decryption of files encrypted via Boxcryptor can also be exported and saved locally.

To convert the Boxcryptor encryption into a Cryptomator encryption, proceed as follows:

Step 1
Copy your data from the Boxcryptor drive to a secure location.
The files should be decrypted automatically during the transfer, if not, please decrypt them manually.

Step 2
Once the transfer is complete, you can store the data in your Cryptomator HUB vault.

The migration is now complete.

If you need to migrate large amounts of data, divide the data into several parts and migrate one part at a time.
