Please note:

Only use the one-time security code received from the IT-ServiceDesk to log in to the Token Manager, as the code is only valid once.

If you can no longer access the Token Manager, you must first visit a branch of the IT Service Desk in person and authenticate yourself with a valid ID document (ID card, passport, German residence permit).
If you are unable to authenticate yourself on site, you can authorize another person or request a new token by post, parallel to a password reset.

The IT Service Desk will issue a one-time security code for you to log in to the Token Manager via the self-service. You can use this security code to log in to the Token Manager once and then create new tokens.
At least one new TAN list must be generated, but we would ask you to create at least two different tokens. Instructions for creating tokens can be found here.
