Instruction for set up

1. Go to the Token Manager.

If you have already set up one or more tokens, you will be asked to enter a one-time security code.

Please select the token you wish to use from the drop-down menu, enter the one-time security code from the token and click "Next".

Now, choose "Create".

2. Choose "E-mail" and click "Next".

3. Enter the e-mail address to which the one-time password should be sent and add a description of your choice (e.g. "work e-mail address").

4. Enter the e-mail address to which the one-time security code should be sent and add a description of your choice (e.g. “Service e-mail address”).

5. After clicking on “Verify e-mail”, a verification code will be sent to the e-mail-address you entered. Please enter it in the next window.

6. after clicking on “Verify code and create token”, the token is linked and created.

When you log in to an MFA-protected service, you will receive an e-mail with the subject “Ihr Einmal Passwort / Your one time password” to the e-mail-address you entered.
