• A contact person is responsible for a website.
• There can be several contact persons for one website.
• A contact person must have a valid email address.
• The person with the role Bestellung IT manages the contact persons of the corresponding institute.
• The person with the role Bestellung IT needs to register as contact person to be able to use all the functions of a contact person and to be able to view all the information about the websites.
• In case there is no contact person for your website, please contact the person with the role Bestellung IT of you institution.
• Student organisations, that have no person with the role Bestellung IT, please contact the IT-ServiceDesk by email.
• Regarding Blog websites: Contact persons can add multiple persons as editor for content relevant changes.
