It is currently not possible to edit contact persons manually in the webhosting portal. Please contact the IT-ServiceDesk by telephone or email.

• a contact person is responsible for a website
• there can be several contact persons for one website
• a contact person must have a valid email address
• the person with the role Bestellung IT manages the contact persons of the corresponding institute
• the person with the role Bestellung IT needs to register as contact person to be able to use all the functions of a contact person and to be able to view all the information about the websites
• in case there is no contact person for your website, please contact the person with the role Bestellung IT of you institution
• Student organisations, that have no person with the role Bestellung IT, please contact the IT-ServiceDesk by email
• regarding Blog websites: Contact persons can add multiple persons as editor for content relevant changes
