| # | Skip message | The message is skipped. You can still retrieve it at any later time. |
| 5 | Sender information | You hear the name or phone number of the sender if the messages has been sent by an internal caller, an external ISDN caller or a mobile phone. Callers that cannot be identified are displayed as external callers. Additionally, the date and time of receipt as well as the length of the message are displayed. |
| 7 | Delete | Deletes the last accessed message. |
| 9 | Save | Saves the message for 15 days. |
1 2 3 | Back Pause/Continue Forward | Control options during the message playback. |
| 0 | Help | Announces operation options. |
| * | Cancel | Cancels the message playback. |
