Explanation Telephone Request (Alcatel)
You can use the digital TC-request to apply for new installations, relocations or changes to the telephone system of your facility.
To submit a request for the Cisco telephone systems, please select the application form New request (Alcatel-telephones).
First you have to provide the contact details. The mandatory fields are always marked with a red exclamation mark:
- Phone number
- PSP element (if necessary)
- Organizational unit
You then have the following options:
1. New setup with existing telephone
2. New installation with new telephone
1. New setup with existing telephone
Note: To be able to use this option, you must already have an Alcatel end device intended for this purpose.
- Please enter the address and room number where the new connection is to be installed.
- Please enter the last name of the user under Display name.
- Please enter the model name printed on the back of the existing terminal device.
- It is only necessary to enter the MAC address if the existing terminal device is an IP device. Enter the MAC address with a colon: AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF
- Please enter a socket number if the required socket is marked with a number.
2. New setup with new telephone
Note: Only used Alcatel devices are currently being installed at a reduced price. The devices have been checked and cleaned.
Please fill in the field if you would like to apply for the reinstallation and purchase of a new Alcatel telephone terminal.
- Please enter the address and room number where the new connection is to be installed.
- Please enter the last name of the user under Display name.
- Please select the desired telephone model.
- Please enter the name on the connection box or, if not known, enter 'unknown'.
- Information on possible authorizations can be found under Authorizations.
- Please enter a socket number if the required socket is marked with a number.
Please fill in the field if you would like to request the relocation of telephone terminals to other buildings or other rooms.
- Please enter the telephone number of the line to be relocated.
- Please enter the address of the building and the room numbers as indicated on the respective door plate.
- Please enter the name on the junction box or, if unknown, enter 'unknown'.
Please enter the phone number of the connection whose authorization is to be changed. Information on possible authorizations can be found under authorizations.
Other information on a telephone application can be added here by filling in the empty text field and sending it.
NOTE:
A PDF document is generated when the application is saved.
It is important at this point that as soon as costs are incurred for an application, e.g. for a new installation, the PDF document is downloaded, signed and uploaded again. The application can only be processed once you have explicitly clicked on "Submit application". Clicking on the "Save application" button is not sufficient here.
For applications in which no costs are incurred, the signature field is not displayed in the PDF document.
