On this page you will learn how to request a change to the PHP version.

If the managed website has already been moved to the new webservers, it is possible to request the change of the PHP version in the webhosting portal. Please follow the steps below:

Step 1
Open the webhosting portal

Step 2
Click on My URLs

Step 3
Click on Details

Step 4
Under PHP version, choose the desired version and confirm by clicking on Request Change

 

Please note:

• You will not receive a confirmation that the change has been sunmitted. Please submit the request only once
• We no longer make changes to 7.x
• If you are not sure whether your website runs with PHP 8.0/ 8.1, we can provide you with a test webspace. Please contact the IT-ServiceDesk via email for this
