Please check the password for the account IT Center Ticket-Portal in the Selfservice
RWTH employees must have an entry in the RWTH Person Directory to be able to log in.

There are several reasons why you may not be able to find a ticket:
- If a ticket has been closed, it will no longer appear in the list. To find a closed ticket, please read the Ticket Portal manual Section "Status of a request".
- Tickets older than 03/01/2015 cannot be viewed.
- Tickets opened from an unknown email address cannot always be assigned to you and are therefore not immediately visible.
If you are still unable to view a current ticket, please contact the IT-ServiceDesk.
