Please check the password for the account RZ-Tickettool in the Selfservice.
Tickets that have been opened before March 1st 2015 are not visible. In case you miss a ticket created after that date please contact the IT-ServiceDesk.
If your ticket has been opened using an e-mail address not registered in our systems it might not be listed immediately.
You can respond to a closed ticket within 40 days after it has been closed.
Please check your popup-blocker configuration.
