The IT Center's printing service makes it possible to print large-format posters, technical drawings and other orders in unconventional sizes (also larger than A0) for business purposes.
For color and b/w DIN A3 and DIN A4 copies or printouts, please contact the in-house print services.
 

Who can use the printing service?

The IT Center's printing service is currently only available to employees of institutes, chairs, affiliated institutes and student organizations of RWTH Aachen University and the University Hospital.
Orders can be placed by persons with the status Employee RWTH, Employee UKA or Member FB10.

The printing service is subject to a fee and must be applied for online. A distinction must be made between RWTH institutes and chairs with an RWTH rebooking account, affiliated institutes and other organizations as well as employees of the University Hospital.

To access the print service portal, you need the role IT Center Print Service. This can be assigned to you by the role administration of your institution. 

How can I access the print service?

Access is via the print service portal. There you will find a list of the sizes and variants offered with the corresponding prices.
It also makes it easier to submit print orders and gives you an overview of current/old print orders and invoices. Posters, billboards and banners can be printed in various sizes.

You can log in to the portal using the RWTH user name (format ab123456) and the password for the RWTH Collaboration Account.
