On this page you will learn how to request a new team in eLabFTW.
 

Please contact the IT-ServiceDesk to request a new team in eLabFTW.

You will then be invited to an onboarding session. For this meeting, you will need to:

• provide a completed team request form, or submit it with your request to the IT-ServiceDesk.
• select a Team Admin. Please review the documentation for this role.

• Research instance
• Educational instance

You are also required to fill out and keep a "Verzeichnis von Verarbeitungstätigkeiten eines Verantwortlichen" (VVT; English: Record of Processing Activities for Data Controllers) for your internal records pursuant to Article 30(1) GDPR. You will receive a template as part of the onboarding process.
