What is RWTHonline?

RWTHonline (opens in new tab) is the RWTH's campus management system. It supports the most important business processes relating to the student life cycle from application to graduation. It is used by around 45,000 students and 4,000 RWTH employees to organize their studies and teaching.

Who can use RWTHonline?

There are three groups of persons who can access the RWTHonline service:

Group 1 (login via RWTH Single Sign-On)

  • Employees of RWTH
  • members of FB10
  • employees of UKA
  • external teaching staff
  • external employees
  • other groups of people who may have received a teaching assignment etc. by arrangement

Group 2 (login via RWTH Single Sign-On)

  • RWTH students
  • senior students
  • secondary students
  • cross-registered students

Group 3 (login via local account)

  • applicants
  • members of the RWTHinternational Academy / Business School
     

How to use RWTHonline

RWTHonline login takes place on the homepage (opens in new tab) and varies depending on the group of people.

If you want to start your studies at RWTH but do not yet have an account, please register first via RWTHonline.
After successful application (opens in new tab) and enrollment (opens in new tab), students and all persons from groups 1 and 2 log in via RWTH Single Sign-On.

Persons from group 3 log in with their local accounts.
