RWTHonline

RWTHonline is the RWTH's campus management system. It supports the most important business processes relating to the student life cycle from application to graduation. It is used by around 45,000 students and 4,000 RWTH employees to organize their studies and teaching.

Information, instructions and video tutorials on the topics of application and enrolment can be found on the website of the Central University Administration.

 

Who is allowed to access RWTHonline?

There are several groups of people who can access the RWTHonline service:

  • Employees of RWTH, members of FB10, employees of UKA, external teaching staff, external employees and other groups of people who may have received a teaching assignment etc by arrangement.
  • RWTH students, senior students, secondary students and cross-registered students.
  • Applicants and members of the RWTHinternational Academy / Business School can access RWTHonline via local accounts (limited functionality).
 

How do I access RWTHonline?

RWTHonline login takes place on the homepage and varies depending on the group of people.

If you want to start your studies at RWTH but do not yet have an account, you must first register via RWTHonline.
After successful application and enrollment, students and all persons from groups 1 and 2 log in via RWTH Single Sign-On.

Persons from group 3 log in with their local accounts.
