Sophos Central for Institutes

RWTH institutions can obtain a Sophos Central instance free of charge. To do so, please send an informal email to our IT-ServiceDesk.

After setting up your instance, you need to activate your administrator account. You can find instructions on how to do this under "Activating an admin account".

You can access the Sophos Central administration interface at https://central.sophos.com.

Sophos Home Premium for Private Use

Students and employees of RWTH can obtain a free version of Sophos Home Premium for private use. For this purpose, registration on the portal page for NRW universities with your @rwth-aachen.de is necessary. You can find instructions on how to do this under Registering Sophos Home Premium

The license runs for 1 year at a time and can be renewed as long as there is an eligibility for it.
