Getting Access to Software Asset Management (SAM)

This page describes how to get access to SAM for your institution.

Please proceed as follows:

  1. Please send an e-mail to the IT-ServiceDesk.
  2. We will then send you a registration form. Please fill the form out.
  3. Once you have filled out the form and it has been signed by your facility manager (at the bottom of the form), please send the form to servicedesk@itc.rwth-aachen.de.       
  4. Your customer data will then be checked and created. This process can take up to 2 weeks.
  5. Once we have registered your facility, you will receive the necessary information and links.
