Getting Access to Software Asset Management (SAM)
This page describes how to get access to SAM for your institution.
Please proceed as follows:
- Please send an e-mail to the IT-ServiceDesk.
- We will then send you a registration form. Please fill the form out.
- Once you have filled out the form and it has been signed by your facility manager (at the bottom of the form), please send the form to servicedesk@itc.rwth-aachen.de.
- Your customer data will then be checked and created. This process can take up to 2 weeks.
- Once we have registered your facility, you will receive the necessary information and links.
