Client software is installed on the PC. There are clients for Windows, Linux, and macOS. This client automatically scans the computer at a specified interval and delivers the data to the central SAM server. This scan can also be performed manually and offline.

Software purchased outside the software store must be entered manually and can only be added in the event of an audit.
