FAQ - fIT in IT

Your certificates are usually ready to be picked up in the IT ServiceDesk, no later than 3 weeks after the course has been completed.
You can reach it between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. at Seffenter Weg 23, upper entrance (directions).

Please have your BlueCard, the name of the course, the instructor and the course period ready when you pick it up, otherwise the certificates will not be given to you.

Collection is generally not possible as long as the ServiceDesk of the IT Center (Seffenter Weg 23, 52074 Aachen, upper entrance) is closed. 
Unfortunately, it is not possible to predict when the ServiceDesk will be reopened on a regular basis. 
In justified exceptional cases, we therefore ask you to send an email to the relevant course instructor.
