FAQ - fIT in IT

Certificates are usually sent to students by email no later than 3 weeks after completion of the course.

If you have any questions, please contact fit@rwth-aachen.de

The certificates are available at the ServiceDesk Seffenter Weg 23 Aachen, upper entrance, and can be collected during our opening hours.

To collect them you will need:

1. a valid identification document
2. the exact course name and event period (start and end).

Unfortunately, there are no credit points for successfully completing our courses.

All handouts, PowerPoint slides and other documents are uploaded to RWTHmoodle.
