Incidents outside of the buisness hours - after 5:00 PM Mon – Thu & after 4:00 PM Fri
Outside business hours, in emergencies, the on-call service can be reached at 0241 80-24681. Only devices and connections related to a failure in the backbone or XWIN access, as well as building routers managed by the IT Center, are supported.
Please have important information ready such as address, building, department, name, and a callback number, which you may also leave on the voicemail. Ensure access to your building if necessary, and assist in narrowing down the cause of the outage.
The exact times the on-call support can be reached are as follows:
Monday – Thursday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM (next day)
Friday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (midnight)
Saturday: 12:00 AM – 12:00 AM (all day)
Sunday: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (Monday)
