FAQ - Databases
A standad MySQL database can be ordered in the IT-Shop. There you can also find the current rental prices. To place an order you need the role "IT purchaser". If you do not hold this role yourself, please contact the appropriate contact person in your institution.
If you are interested in an Oracle-database or a non-standard MySQL database, please contact the IT-ServiceDesk. Depending on your needs, different database models are offered, which differ in organizational flexibility and physical resource utilization. You will then receive an offer from us.
