Equipment can only be lent to university institutions for business purposes.

The rental fees are based on the purchase price of the HW, you will be informed in advance of what to expect.

Settlement takes place quarterly.

The rental fees are calculated only for the actual days of rental.

The rental fees do not constitute any installment payment for the equipment, i.e. the HW remains property of the RWTH/IT Center (loan pool).

In case of loss, financial compensation must be paid.
